“Until Chamois Butt’r my cycling was always an uncomfortable event. Originally I used Penaten Cream having slathered this on all 5 of my kid’s bottoms when they were still in diapers. But it was messy & hard to wash out. I discovered this product a few years ago when I got a small sample at a charity ride. Since then I never ride, or paddle or in-line skate or even hike without it. You can apply it to any & all of your “delicate” areas. I put it on my feet before my boat shoes go on for kayaking & I never get blisters or wrinkly skin. The age old question, where to apply Chamois Butt’r Original?
We get asked this question at every cycling event we attend! Fifty percent of the riders we talk to put Chamois Butt’r on the pad of their shorts and fifty percent put it directly on their skin.
Our suggestion – Put 1/6 to 1/3 ounce of Chamois Butt’r® either on your skin or on the pad of your shorts before you put your shorts on.
It’s your preference, the Chamois Butt’r® ends up in the same place either way!

For faulty products, PlayTri Colleyville offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
